Just start it:

ollama serve

Run this in a terminal, keep it open

Option 2: Don't have Ollama?

Download Ollama (Free)

~500MB download, installs in 2 minutes

Will try to start Ollama and download models automatically

Real-time GPU/CPU/RAM monitoring

Step 1: Download the stats server

Save it anywhere you want (Downloads folder is fine)

Step 2: Run it

Open a terminal in the folder where you saved it, then run:

python stats_server.py

Keep that terminal open!

Step 3: Click Retry

Without stats: GPU/CPU/RAM will show "N/A" but everything else works
